医院资产规模为4.9亿元，占地面积55亩，建筑面积8万平方米，开放床位920余张。医院专科设置齐全、功能完备。开设临床科室50个、医技辅助科室18个，下设社区卫生服务中心1个、社区卫生服务站6个。2019年，出院患者3万余人次，门急诊患者56万余人次，出院手术7千余人次。

医院始终坚持“科教兴院、人才强院”的发展战略，通过人才引进、技术合作、设备更新等措施，不断拓展业务范围，逐渐培育出了一批具有特色和发展潜力的优势学科。肿瘤中心是河南省卫生厅批准成立的“洛阳市肿瘤综合治疗中心”，河南省首批“癌痛规范化治疗示范病房”，第一家在豫西地区引入美国瓦里安公司2100C直线加速器，现已更新的具备容积调强功能的放疗设备在河南省也位居前列，是洛阳市较早开展肿瘤热灌注治疗、粒子植入治疗的学科。多学科（MDT）会诊，为患者提供“一站式”、个性化、精准治疗方案，2018年成为我市唯一一家被国家卫健委列为第一批肿瘤（消化系统）多学科诊疗试点医院；心脏中心是首批通过河南省心血管介入诊疗技术准入的学科，在洛阳市较早成熟开展心律失常射频消融，冠脉造影、支架植入术、先心病介入封堵及外科心脏瓣膜置换手术、冠脉搭桥术等各类高危疑难心脏手术。2016年，成为中国医学科学院阜外医院洛阳东方医院心血管病技术培训中心”；神经中心能够熟练开展颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术，颅内动脉瘤开颅夹闭术，脑出血微创手术治疗，经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术，脑膜瘤、脑胶质瘤手术切除，颅咽管瘤，听神经瘤显微手术切除，脑积水微创手术等疑难危重手术；消化科是河南省重点专科、“全国肝胆病防治技术示范基地”、洛阳市肝病研究所、洛阳市人工肝培训中心、全国人工肝“一市一中心”单位，有5名“全国肝胆病咨询专家”，在洛阳市率先了人工肝技术、肝脏活检、早期肝纤维化血清学诊断、腹水超滤浓缩回输等先进技术；骨科是洛阳市重点专科，也是洛阳市骨科生物医学研究所，洛阳市骨修复重点实验室，率先开展了髋、膝人工关节置换术及脊柱微创手术；洛阳市重点专科耳鼻喉科，在头颈肿瘤的综合治疗、喉癌根治、中耳疾病、面神经疾患的手术治疗以及听力重建术在豫西地区享有盛誉；洛阳市重点专科疝腹壁外科开展的腹腔镜切口疝无张力修补术填补洛阳市技术空白；血液净化科是河南省血液净化质量控制中心洛阳分中心，拥有血液透析机50余台，率先在洛阳市开展血管通路并发症的介入治疗，位居河南省领先水平；整形外科开展的“巨型先天性黑色素细胞痣”特色治疗技术，惠及了来自国内外千余名深受疾病困扰的患者，曾被中央电视台、凤凰卫视、日本富士电视台等多家媒体采访报道。近年来，获得市级以上科研项目10余项，发表科研论文和SCI文章900余篇，举办国家、省、市级各类学术会议100余场。

TheheartcenteristhefirstdisciplinewhichgainsadmittancethroughHenanProvincialcardiovascularinterventiontreatmenttechnology,priortodeveloparrhythmiaradiofrequencyablation,coronaryangiography,stentimplantation,congenitalheartdiseasetranscatheterclosure,surgicalcardiacvalvereplacement,coronarybypasssurgeryandothersortsofhighriskandcomplicatedheartsurgeryinLuoyangCity.In2016,theheartcenterbecametheFuwaiHospitalangiocarpytechnologytrainingcenter.
Theneurocenterisenabletoskilledinoperatingintracranialaneurysminterventionalembolisationandcraniotomyclipping,cerebralhemorrhageminimallyinvasivesurgery,transsphenoidalpituitarytumorresection,meningeoma,gliomaexcision,craniopharyngioma,microsurgicalremovalofacousticneuroma,andminimallyinvasivesurgeryforhydrocephalus.
ThegastroenterologydepartmentistheHenanProvincialpriorityspeciality,nationalhepatobiliarydiseasespreventionskillsdemonstrationbase,LuoyangMunicipalliverdiseaseresearchinstitution,Luoyangmunicipalartificiallivertrainingcenter,One-City-One-Centerofnationalartificialliverunit,andhas5nationalliver-gallbladderdiseaseconsultationexperts.Ittakestheleaddevelopingartificiallivertechnology,liverbiopsy,serologicaldiagnosisofearlyhepaticfibrosis,ultrafiltrationandreinfusionofascites,andotheradvancedtechnologies.TheorthopaedicsdepartmentistheLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,alsoisLuoyangMunicipalorthopedicbiomedicalresearchinstitute,andLuoyangMunicipalbonerepairkeylab,ittakestheleaddevelopingartificialhipandkneereplacement,andminimallyinvasivesurgeryinspine.
Theear,noseandthroat(ENT)departmentistheLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,itenjoyshighreputationinthecomprehensivehead-and-neckcancertreatment,laryngealcancertreatment,middleeardisease,facialnerveoperation,andauditoryrehabilitationoperationinwesternHenanProvince.
TheherniaandabdominalsurgerydepartmentalsoisLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,itdevelopstension-freerepairoflaparoscopicincisionalherniafilltechnicalgapsinLuoyangCity.
BloodpurificationsectionisaLuoyangbranchcenterofHenanprovincialbloodpurificationqualitycontrolcenterwith50dialysisequipments,ittakestheleaddevelopingtheinterventionaltherapyofvascularaccesscomplicatingdisease,itisintheleadingpositionofHenanProvince.

ThetumorcenterestablishmentisapprovedbyDepartmentofPublicHealthofHenanProvinceas‘TumorcomprehensivetreatmentcenterofLuoyangMunicipal’,itistheHenanProvincialfirst‘cancerpainstandardizedtreatmentdemonstrationward’,alsothefirstapplyAmericanVarian2100ClinearacceleratorinwesternHenanProvince,thepresentequipmentwithVMATfunctionranksamongthebestinHenanProvince.Priortodeveloptumorhyperthermicperfusiontherapyandparticleimplantationtherapy.Themulti-disciplinaryteam(MDT)providesone-stop,personalized,precisetreatment.In2018,itbecametheonlyfirstbatchtumor(digestivesystem)multi-disciplinarydiagnosisandtreatexperimentalunitwhichwaslistedbyNationalHealthCommissionofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.
TheheartcenteristhefirstdisciplinewhichgainsadmittancethroughHenanProvincialcardiovascularinterventiontreatmenttechnology,priortodeveloparrhythmiaradiofrequencyablation,coronaryangiography,stentimplantation,congenitalheartdiseasetranscatheterclosure,surgicalcardiacvalvereplacement,coronarybypasssurgeryandothersortsofhighriskandcomplicatedheartsurgeryinLuoyangCity.In2016,theheartcenterbecametheFuwaiHospitalangiocarpytechnologytrainingcenter.
Theneurocenterisenabletoskilledinoperatingintracranialaneurysminterventionalembolisationandcraniotomyclipping,cerebralhemorrhageminimallyinvasivesurgery,transsphenoidalpituitarytumorresection,meningeoma,gliomaexcision,craniopharyngioma,microsurgicalremovalofacousticneuroma,andminimallyinvasivesurgeryforhydrocephalus.
ThegastroenterologydepartmentistheHenanProvincialpriorityspeciality,nationalhepatobiliarydiseasespreventionskillsdemonstrationbase,LuoyangMunicipalliverdiseaseresearchinstitution,Luoyangmunicipalartificiallivertrainingcenter,One-City-One-Centerofnationalartificialliverunit,andhas5nationalliver-gallbladderdiseaseconsultationexperts.Ittakestheleaddevelopingartificiallivertechnology,liverbiopsy,serologicaldiagnosisofearlyhepaticfibrosis,ultrafiltrationandreinfusionofascites,andotheradvancedtechnologies.TheorthopaedicsdepartmentistheLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,alsoisLuoyangMunicipalorthopedicbiomedicalresearchinstitute,andLuoyangMunicipalbonerepairkeylab,ittakestheleaddevelopingartificialhipandkneereplacement,andminimallyinvasivesurgeryinspine.
Theear,noseandthroat(ENT)departmentistheLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,itenjoyshighreputationinthecomprehensivehead-and-neckcancertreatment,laryngealcancertreatment,middleeardisease,facialnerveoperation,andauditoryrehabilitationoperationinwesternHenanProvince.
TheherniaandabdominalsurgerydepartmentalsoisLuoyangMunicipalpriorityspeciality,itdevelopstension-freerepairoflaparoscopicincisionalherniafilltechnicalgapsinLuoyangCity.
BloodpurificationsectionisaLuoyangbranchcenterofHenanprovincialbloodpurificationqualitycontrolcenterwith50dialysisequipments,ittakestheleaddevelopingtheinterventionaltherapyofvascularaccesscomplicatingdisease,itisintheleadingpositionofHenanProvince.
